I had this weird dream...where it was the apocolype and the testing was all done on earth and they tested items. And the items you got back were good or were something you could keep...and those that didn't get items back weren't accepted or something...I'm not sure, dreams are weird like that...but anyways...I submitted a few pictures of someone...and the responce I got back was "still evaluating..." I still don't get it....I really don't know what to do....

Other than that, Katsu was fun. Got to hang out with tomo, and desi and erin-san. Got gravitation and trigun artbooks. (I got the trigun for tomo but she already had it so now I'm stuck with it o_O) A Souma Kyou plushie (Kyooooou-kuuuuuun sukisuki WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!) 3 volumes of a cute shoujo manga called Double Juliet (it's hilarious....it's sort of twistedly straight, ask me about the series sometime) a yami no matsuei pencil board (angsty lookin Tsuzuki ^_^) a gift for kathryn (shorts with an airbrush duo on em) and a mondo expensive but fabulous Utada Hikaru CD (Distance, really good *_* Hikki........) I think that's it >_> .....

But Katsu was lotsa fun ^_^ I ruined a Pocky-party supposedly o_O Rave danced with otakus ^_^ Saw a series where the vampire was the good guy ^.^ Saw a really ecchi series called The Housekeeping Hampter O_o; And then got a copy of a failed dorama where they make fun of America and go "Whaz up mah niggah!" in a bad Japanese accent u_u;;;

Happy Valentine's Day people! Single or not! There was an away message I wrote on Sept 12 (day after Sept 11 for people who can't do math) and I thought it was appropriate for today.

My stuff came today!! Woo! I ordered some anime things online, cause the Tokyo Pop store went out of business...70-80% off... I got a Saiyuki DVD that's worth $60 for $15...Posters for a buck...lotsa stuff...Erin splurged ^__^. But it's good splurging since everything was sooo damn cheap! I got a volume of (english unfortunetly) Inuyasha manga for $0.49!! They threw in 2 Saiyuki trading cards for free...Nice guys just trying to get rid of a bunch of anime stuff...I'm not gonna complain ^____^

*_* all the imports......for cheapo......I'm gonna go bask in my new stuff....

Oh and I joined a few mailing list for porphyria peps....They use all these big medical terms that make my head spin....I'm so damn lucky I don't have an acute form. (For those of you who don't know I have a rare-ish disorder, and some forms of it the peps get attacks o_O It sucks majorly. I just get to play vampire and avoid sunlight, some of em have to avoid alchohol and stuff...PLUS watch out for the sun...) But it's sorta cool cause like, now I know there are other who have it...but none of the peps on there have mine particular type...*shrugs*

Well back to playing with my stuff and listening to Rhapsony in Blue....

After redialing and reloading...I FINALLY got 2 tickets to Dave Matthews Band....damn...if I didn't get them soon I was going to have to shoot the phone and take a nice bubble bath....oooh that's a good idea >_> Bubble bath...I think I have some too... ^_^ oh well *wavies* I'm off to take a bubble bath after getting 2 tickets to see DMB!! WOOO!

I discovered a new series...Angelic Layer...I saw a manga for it a while back in SA(there was a copy at the local bookstore and I was like "Hey! compilation manga! I don't care if it's shounen ^__^"). I've only seen one episode of it *glares at downloads* which is episode four...so far I think it's like a combo of pokemon (cept no collecting...just the whole battling thing) but it has a Clamp shoujo feel to it...not to mention the entry thingyies are all sparkly and remind me of Magical Girl speeches. So it has tornament style fighting like Flame of Recca...the whole the main character isn't the one who's really battling, but is, but isn't at the same time, like Pokemon....and then all the sparkly-ness and characters of a Clamp shoujo.....

Ohhhh my.....if you have ever seen Monty Python and the Holy Grail and have played with or seen legos before...then click this link for the love of nataku!!

Oh and I FINALLY finished being able to get a full download of the second episode of the OVA series "Read or Die". Nice name huh. I ended up seeing it at Neko con and I really liked the smooth animation and I also thought the main character was really interesting...she's like the antithesis of a super hero...but she STILL has a cool power.

But holy cow....I watched the second episode, and realized it hints a yuri at about the same rate Yami no Matsuei hints at yaoi...It has a cool twisty ending though....and demmit >_< I can't find anyone with the third episode! grrr...

I need to find a subtitled version of the first episode though. I got it raw, which is decent for me, but I always manage to be one of the only supliers of new series for an anime club I helped to create. And most of the folks involved in it definetly can't deal with raw anime...

But Read or Die so far is a good series, it's all actiony which I can stand because it's realistic (if you get past the weird superpowers part) and has AMAZING animation techniques...it's so smooth and fluid *_* preeetty~~~!!! And it has interesting characters ^_^ You know it has to be interesting when the main character is a book-aholic...and it's an action show o_O;;; So you just have to get over the title and if you don't like yuri, the weird yuri hinting in the second episode...but other than that Read or Die is cool ^__^

Maybe I should get a job reviewing anime er something o_O

Ok! Story time kiddies! Everyone sit on the magical carpet =D *opens a physics book*

One apon a time. A girl and her friend were hanging out trying to write an english paper...they looked out the window and saw a cwute wittle kitty cat. So the girls decided to take a break from the english paper and pet the cat. So the girl opened the door and the cat just waltzed right into the apartment...so the girls were confused, but didn't really care because it was a very cute cat. They petted and loved and played with the cat...and noticed it didn't have a collar...but looked and acted like a house cat...But it was cold outside, and the two friends didn't want to let the cat go on. So they decided to check in with the apartment complex that they have the cat and are sending it to the humane society. So the two friends drove to the humane society with the cat and turned the cat in....but they wanted to keep the cat because one of the girls was going to get a cat anyways. So they turned in the cat and called it Solo and promised to return in half a week if the owners never showed up. And the rest of the day the two friends were covered in cat hair. Owari. *closes book*

^_^ In art class today we went over our projects....I really liked what I came up with....and alot of people liked it too! That puts me in a good mood... Ok...mental note: using kakizome brushes make things look "organic" and lots of diagonal lines placed together in a tight arch makes it look "fast" and keeping the tonal range small means it's "subtle"

If it weren't so large I'd probably scan it...I wonder if anyone I know has a digital camera... >_>

But I was really pleased with the project and other people liked it too ^__^ I think probably the best compliment anyone could give me is that they honestly like my art work...

This was really tough trying to figure out the color scheme for...without having it being blindingly pink....Some of my tries for this would have made Relena's use of pink look mundane and varied...

Still not my favorite...but I like the main picture alot ^_^
